the Five Rivet Supplier program in August of 2020, aimed at strengthening
supplier partnerships through focused criteria tiers|–|quality,
delivery, cost, service|–|that
showcase overall supplier performance.

suppliers meet and exceed the following standards:

Delivering defect-free products as well as minimizing warranty impact to
