Naples,
FL – January 2019 / Newsmaker Alert / In conjunction with the expansion
of its multiple award-winning interior design division, Clive
Daniel Hospitality recently added Janice Crawford IIDA to its team
of commercial interior designers. Crawford is a member of the International
Interior Design Association, which supports design professionals across
58 countries.

 From
Westerly, Rhode Island, Crawford operated her own firm L’Interieur in Westerly
for 17 years, handling both residential and hospitality projects. She has
worked with prominent entertainers and authors, including singer Taylor
Swift, (for her Westerly home) whom she says is also a designer at heart.
In addition to residential design, Crawford has collaborated with commercial
clients and contractors to design corporate headquarters and lobbies, condominium
common areas, restaurants and yachts and has had her own designed upholstery
line.
Crawford
began her interior design career in the New York-New Jersey metro area
after attending Brookdale College and the New York School of Interior Design.
Early in her career, she worked for a firm owned by Century Furniture Company
of Hickory, North Carolina, gaining an important entry into the furniture
industry. She later redesigned and refined furniture as well as designed
two showrooms for three furniture markets at High Point, North Carolina.
Other early design assignments included work for a luxury high-rise developer
(SAGE) and architectural firm in Hallendale, Florida.
