Allied
ASID Designers Jean
Losier and Christina Rosolia of Clive Daniel Home collaborated with
the Ashton Woods design team to create interiors for the 3,558-square-foot
home with a three-car garage. Offering privacy and a lake view, this four-bedroom,
three and two half-baths home (includes pool bath) with a den is an estate
home of unsurpassed splendor.

Rosolia, “The Pontevedra IV model has a Bohemian influence with clean lines
and pieces of organic wood elements and brushed iron accents with natural
texture. Crisp, white linens in the great room complements vibrant colors
of raspberry, lime and bright blue in art, accent pillows and bedding.
This help creates an eclectic vibe throughout the home. The 88”-long console
table in the foyer is an original CDH one-of-a-kind custom design live-edge
piece of wood with natural iron to provide a most unique memory point for
