Daniel Home, Southwest Florida’s premier destination for fine furnishings
and custom residential and commercial interior design services, has been
selected to direct the interior design for the new FineMark National Bank
& Trust office being built in downtown Naples at 275 8th Street South.
Working in collaboration with MHK Architecture
& Planning on the 2,243-square-foot project, Clive Daniel Home
will manage all interior selections—including flooring, backgrounds, custom
accents, lighting, accessories, and furnishings.
Nancy
Woodhouse, Clive Daniel Home’s Vice President of Hospitality, and Adnilem
Barrera, Senior Interior Designer, will serve as the lead designers
for the project. Having completed the interior design for the three-story
FineMark National Bank & Trust headquarters in Fort Myers, the team
is well-versed with the FineMark brand. “FineMark Bank has a signature
image carried through all their banks representing a focus on clientele
experience,” Woodhouse said. “But each office also has its own design style
that caters to its specific region and city.”

In
order to reflect its downtown Naples environs, the new FineMark Bank will
have a sleek, modern look featuring a refined palette of neutrals accented
with the brand’s signature blue. In addition, large glass wrap-around windows
will allow natural light to stream in and provide a bright and welcoming
foundation. Upon entering the building, guests will notice dimensional
wood wall features and an inviting, custom front desk—rather than a traditional
teller counter—designed to accommodate multiple functions.
“The
entire space is designed with FineMark Bank’s clientele in mind,” Barrera
said. “We aim to ensure that all future guests will experience a comfortable
but upscale environment that matches the level of FineMark’s personalized
services.”
The
bank will also have two dedicated conference rooms, the first to be used
for business meetings and lunches, and the second to be used for more intimate,
conversational meetings. The downtown office will be FineMark’s second
full-service bank in Naples and is expected to open in Spring 2022.
