Annual Light Up The Lodge holiday festivities return

A weekend of fun holiday activities is cause for celebration for participants of all ages! The schedule of events for the annual Light Up The Lodge weekend include:

Friday, December 3

• Taste the flavor of the holidays with this special four-course Holiday Ale Dinner on Friday, December 3 at 7:00 p.m. This festive pairing and dinner will be hosted by The Lodge’s own Certified Wine Specialist, Lauren Fiala.

*Subject to availability. Taxes not included. Must be 21 years or older to book this package. Rate based on double occupancy; additional guests will increase rate. Dietary restrictions require 48 hours advanced notice.

• Elves Workshop at Lake Erie Canopy Tours from 10:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.: $5, $10 and $15 plus tax acrylic gel canvas/stencils craft; and $10 plus tax handprint ornaments.
• Gingerbread Decorating Contest on their own from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. - Houses will be pre-assembled, all supplies provided! $50 plus tax per house: Participants can decorate at The Lodge. Judging will be held on Sunday morning with winners announced by 11 a.m.
• Sip & Paint from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. $40/person plus tax includes one glass of wine (choice of red or white)
• Tree Lighting Ceremony at 7:00 p.m. with Lodge General Manager and holiday committee
• Pajama Party & Story Time at 7:30 p.m. with Mrs. Clause by the fireplace in The Lodge lobby, masks recommended.

Sunday, December 5

• Santa’s Workshop at Lake Erie Canopy Tours from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Bring your own camera/phone to take free photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus.

New Year’s Eve Getaway
Ring in the New Year at The Lodge with a quiet evening dining lakeside. This package includes a one- night stay, one bottle of champagne per room and one keepsake glass per adult, one dinner entree in Horizons Restaurant per person, live music by The Bridge Live! Duo featuring Mary and Glenn, and breakfast on New Year’s Day.
