In addition to his role with VI, Bryan is also a Senior Director at Tritium Partners, a private equity firm with nearly $1 billion in assets under management and a minority investor in Vacation Innovations. Tritium Partners is also an investor in other leading marketplaces including RVshare, Chairish, Jane, and many others. With Tritium, Bryan is responsible for sourcing and executing acquisitions as well as managing relationships with deal referral sources. Prior to joining Tritium, Bryan spent more than 15 years in investment banking and private equity, where he completed more than 40 M&A and financing transactions with privately held businesses across numerous industries. Bryan also serves on multiple private company and non-profit boards and is a member of the Southern 7 Chapter of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO). He received his MBA from Harvard Business School where he was a Credit Suisse Fellow, and graduated magna cum laude from Morehouse College with a B.A. in German Studies and a B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.
