White Sands Bahamas NCAA Invitational features a 54-hole women’s competition,
played October 22 – 24, followed by a 54-hole men’s competition, played
October 29 – 31. Team practice rounds for both competitions will be played
on Wednesday and Thursday of the respective weeks. Teams competing in the
women’s competition include: University of Miami Campbell University, Florida
International University, University of Iowa, Mercer University, University
of Nebraska-Lincoln and Northern Illinois University. Men’s teams competing
include: University of Arkansas at Little Rock, Bowling Green State University,
East Tennessee State University, Florida Atlantic University, Florida Gulf
Coast University, Jacksonville University, Lamar University, Lipscomb University,
Michigan University, University of Mississippi, University of San Francisco
and University of South Florida.
The Ocean Club Golf Course has hosted several premier events, including the Pure Silk-Bahamas LPGA Classic.
