| ARC Launches New Website | Redesigned site now includes monthly average roundtrip ticket price | The redesigned site boasts a more in-depth and interactive sales statistics page that takes a visual approach to ARC’s rich air travel data. For the first time, any site visitor can now access the average U.S. roundtrip ticket price updated monthly. Information on current totals of transactions settled by ARC; domestic, international and total fares monthly and yearly; supplementary airline fees and taxes plus non-airline fees; airline sales by cash, credit, total and average ticket pricing; origin and destination for passenger trips; agency ticket sales; as well as a number of other useful data points are also available. In line with ARC’s brand as a trusted provider of air travel intelligence and customer-centric air travel products, the site also features a detailed fraud prevention resources page for travel agents and carriers, as well as testimonials and case studies from customers who use ARC products. “We are excited to unveil our new ARC online experience in the form of a fully redesigned website with a new look and streamlined user interface,” said ARC President and CEO Mike Premo. “This new site will allow us to continue to support travel professionals with a variety of tools and resources all in one place.” Scott Hoyt, ARC’s managing director of marketing and emerging markets, commented: “The chief objective with the website’s rebranding effort is to improve our customers’ experience.
