BTI Partners was honored in the
Orlando Business Journal’s 2017 Structures Awards in the Top Hospitality
Project category for The Grove
Resort & Spa Orlando. The newest and largest vacation home destination

The
Top Hospitality Project award was open to new construction and existing
structures including hotels, vacation club or timeshare properties. Criteria
use to recognized the best in Central Florida real estate activity in 2017
were project size, value, jobs created, real estate performance as well
as the project’s distinctive features.

water slides, a kids’ area, and winding lazy river will open in early 2018.
