season Chef Laudia hosts three to four Green Markets on our lower veranda
with local vendors. The notable distinction to this Green Market is that
Chef provides a family style lunch at a nominal fee using products from
the local vendors showcased for the day. Each Green Market showcases a
different menu comprised of three courses. The first course has three small
bite appetizers followed by the main course with a variety of salads and
proteins that is finished with a selection of desserts. This event provides
members and their guests an enjoyable lunch with friends while tasting
the culinary finds of each vendor and the ability to purchase locally grown
and made products.
Chef Laudia goes one step further. He hosts two Hands on Cooking Classes, as well as a Cooking Demo each season. For the Hands on Cooking classes Chef formulates a menu of appetizers, salads, main courses and desserts for the members to cook with instruction from the Boca Grove culinary team. The members go from station to station building their dishes that they will later share with a guest of their choosing. The Cooking Demo allows members to sit back, watch and taste while Chef demonstrates a menu of two appetizers, two main courses and two desserts for the perfect date night. The members leave with the recipes for all the dishes to take home to re-create for their loved ones. The culinary experiences at Boca Grove are one of a kind and mouth-watering all at the same time.
