New Director of Operations

Sports Bar and Grill strengthens its Operations Team promoting new
Director of Operations Jeremy Horne. Horne has been with BreWingZ since
its 2013 formation and 5 years earlier with another wing concept. He says
serving as a Regional Director for so many years prepared him for this
promotion. “I’m excited to take this big step forward with a company, brand
and culture that is committed to excellence in everything we do,” Horne
adds.
At
the helm, Horne’s new responsibilities include both restaurant issues and
behind-the scenes maintenance. Horne will oversee all Regional and General
Managers, as well as Property Maintenance and staff. He will be responsible
for any escalated guest complaints, in-house HR issues, new menu rollouts
and vendor interactions. “I’m not going to be sitting behind a desk; I’ll
be out meeting with our employees and customers making sure every location
maintains the highest standards,” Horne said.
