Support Community Center and Emergency Facilities

Breckenridge, CO – October 2014 / Newsmaker Alert / Breckenridge Grand Vacations (BGV) is one of the Breckenridge community’s largest supporters and donors, contributing more than $750,000 this year alone to support the Breckenridge Grand Vacations Community Center in Breckenridge and as well as extensive Emergency Room facilities.

Construction crews are nearly finished with the restoration of the 1909 school house in Breckenridge. The school is being turned into a library and community center in the heart of the small resort town. Its official name will be the Breckenridge Grand Vacations Community Center and Summit County South Branch Library. However, it is becoming known as the “BGV Center,” reflecting the resort development company’s half million dollar investment in the Center.

Currently, BGV’s 114-unit Grand Lodge on Peak 7 is scheduled for sell out at the end of 2014. Both Grand Timber Lodge and Grand Lodge on Peak 7 have won multiple American Resort Development Association (ARDA) awards including the ACE Project of Excellence in 2012. In 2014 Gold Point Resort won the top award for refurbishment and Grand Lodge was named a finalist in Resort Architecture.
