CCRA Announces the Launch of Their Brand
New Booking Platform, TripSet.com

The brand-new booking platform comes as the next iteration of the
longstanding hotel booking powerhouse CCRATravel.com

Fort Worth, TX – October 2018 / Newsmaker Alert / CCRA Travel Commerce Network (CCRA) announces the launch of its newest offering, TripSet.com. The brand-new booking engine comes as a replacement for its flagship CCRATravel.com, used by more than 25,000 travel agents since 2006 to book millions of commissionable hotel room nights.

Since April of 2006, accredited travel agencies have earned more than $8 million in commissions, making it one of the industry standards for hotel inventory.

“We’ve been in development for more than a year, and we think we’ve invested our resources in something that not only meets the needs of today’s travel agent but anticipates what they’ll need next. The search interface, booking process, and reporting are all light years ahead of where we were, and we can’t wait for our agency customers to get in there and start using it,” said CCRA’s President and CEO, Dic Marxen.

Agents who want to register for the platform must hold their own ARC/IATA/CLIA/TRUE in their agency’s name in order to qualify. Once an agency applies and is approved, their IC’s can sign up and will be activated upon approval from the travel agency owner.

Some of the top features requested by agents who participated in CCRA’s beta program include a search by map feature, a contextual search function, saved searches for easy re-use, and more. CCRA unveiled the platform to an audience of over 600 agents via webinar with Travel Weekly yesterday, leading to an immediate flood of new sign ups.

CCRA plans on issuing comprehensive search and booking reporting to the industry to help better predict trending, traffic, and destination focus after several months of bookings are compiled. These reports will be published on their website and available to anyone interested in knowing more about agency booking trends.

TripSet is also carrying over its popular group booking tool powered by Meetings.com.

In addition to the hotel offerings, CCRA is already scheduling its next roll out toward the end of the year, which will include rental car options as well as air.

Agents with active bookings in CCRATravel.com will still be able to access and service their bookings until the very last one is traveled. CCRA will cease booking activity on CCRATravel.com on November 1st of this year. Accounts on CCRATravel.com will not be transferred, agents are being asked to sign up with fresh credentials, allowing more flexibility for usernames, passwords, and more.

Registration is free for all accredited travel agencies at TripSet.com.
