The formal Cornerstone Award presentation took place during CVOA’s highly successful VO-Con ‘17 in Whistler, B.C. Justin Hunter, Vice President of Operations and Corina Violette, Director of Partnerships RTX, accepted the award from Jon Zwickel, President and CEO of CVOA.
RTX was recognized for its exceptional role in working with the Canadian timeshare industry. RTX met the stringent criteria to win the award and their entry emphasized the fast-growing company’s exceptional strides with a concentration on improving Customer Service with a strong commitment to technology. Their new tech system was praised for customized solutions that contributed to the member satisfaction and the company’s rapid growth.
