design for the Pontevedra Model in the Marsh Cove village of Fiddler’s
Creek in Naples, Florida. The four-bedroom, 3.5-bath, home is for sale

Jean
Losier and Jodi Caldwell guided the design for the home’s interiors, which
include 3,468 square feet under air. The residence features a Grand barrel
ceiling in the foyer opening to a large great room with stained beams and
a master suite with sitting area. This Southern exposure home enjoys an
expansive outdoor living area including outdoor dining and outdoor kitchen.

Ashton Woods Pontevedra model has a Spanish Colonial architectural styling,
which led the designers to create a relaxed yet sophisticated environment.
