Daniel Home, the award-winning home furnishings retailer, has completed
the installation of interior furnishings for the Montessa II model in Paseo,
a gated resort-style community built by Stock Development in South Fort
Myers. The home was featured in the LBIA Parade of Homes, with Paseo named
the Community of Distinction.

Daniel Home Interior Susan Petril and Michael Hayes led the interior design
for the single-family 2,327 square-foot home with three bedrooms, two baths,
a great room style home featuring a study, dining room, screened-covered
lanai and a two-car garage. The home is priced starting at $404,990 including
furnishings.
This
home conveys a Hamptons and “Ralph Lauren” flavor with extensive use of
hardwood floors in subtle directional changes resulting in a peaceful coastal
retreat. The home features a casual yet sophisticated and refreshing décor.
The designers selected a neutral color palette for the home and enhanced
it by choosing some antiques and pieces that reflect the coastal lifestyle.
Most of the main living areas overlook the pool and spa via sliding glass
doors and bay windows lining the back of the Montessa, merging the outdoors
with the indoors.
A private
formal dining room is ideal for formal entertaining, while the oversized
great room opens to the adjacent kitchen and breakfast room. The formal
study was custom designed and installed to serve as a functional workplace,
though homeowners may also choose to convert this room to a fourth bedroom.
The
Clive Daniel Home designers worked with the builder on all selections from
exterior colors, pavers, and pool details including the complete design
of the interior. Using white as the predominate color, they infused organic
materials with navy blue accents throughout the home. The designers mixed
antique pieces with new to evoke a feeling of “gathered-over-time” appeal.
The residence is both classic and timeless, but still feels completely
fresh and of today.
Paseo
is located in the heart of South Fort Myers on Daniels Parkway and offers
a variety of homes for sale. The development has been named Community of
the Year for the past six consecutive years.
