Daniel Home, the leading interior design company and home furnishings
retailer, has selected veteran sales professional and interior designer
Victoria Bird as Senior Sales Manager for its Naples showroom. In the new
role, Bird will champion client and designer relations and support complementary
departments, including buyers, customer service and delivery.

as an award-winning sales manager and tenure with high-end furnishing stores|–|combined
with nearly two decades of success as an interior designer – will add strong
sales leadership to our inspired teams.” Bird will report directly to the
store’s General Manager Bonnie Kern.

Bird
was previously Sales Manager for Jordan’s Furniture in Avon, Massachusetts,
where she guided the hiring, training and development of a team of about
40 sales consultants in the second-highest grossing location of Jordan’s
Furniture. She also developed training initiatives for elite sales teams
across all company locations. Earlier, she served as a sales consultant
at Jordan’s in their Natick, MA location, where she was named “Rookie of
the Year” over a group of 50 consultants across all store locations. She
was also awarded the President’s Club Award for highest sales and served
as a resource for the store’s top customers.
At
Interior Details in Norwell, MA, Bird was Director of Operations, responsible
for developing major profit zones for the company, plus merchandising and
store design. She was awarded a Certificate of Interior Design from the
prestigious Rhode Island School of Design of Providence, Rhode Island.
She was the proprietor of Victoria Studio in the Greater Boston area, managing
hundreds of architectural, landscape and interior plans from development
to completion. Her residential and commercial assignments were all over
the country and were featured in Traditional Home and the New
York Sunday Times.
