retailer Clive Daniel Home is
collaborating once again with The Lutgert
Companies to provide interior designs for two additional models at
The Residences at Mercato, a gated enclave of 52 single-family homes and
villas under development by The Lutgert Companies. Half of the homes have
already been sold.
Clive
Daniel Home interior designers Charlie Hansen and Rebekah Errett-Pikosky
will select interiors for the 4-bedroom Le Parc, single-family home, which
will feature a California contemporary style. Hansen also created interiors
for the 5-bedroom Le Rivage model.
Interior
Designer Wilfredo Emanuel is finalizing selections for the interior design
of the three-bedroom Azure II model with a cabana option, which will have
an urban feel with jewel-toned accents for a sophisticated feel. Emanuel
also designed interiors for the four-bedroom Provence model.

The
Residences at Mercato is adjacent to Lutgert’s sold-out urban style Strada
at Mercato, a 92-unit condominium project off U.S. 41 in Naples, near Vanderbilt
Beach Road. When completed, it will include 33 single-family detached courtyard
homes and 19 villas, all within walking distance of Mercato’s retail and
commercial establishments. Each residence will feature its own pool, two-car
garage and will open to courtyards to maximize both privacy and outdoor
living. The community is being developed by The Lutgert Companies and marketed
exclusively by Premier Sotheby’s International Realty.

home buyers complimentary design assistance to help customers select everything
needed for the building of their home, to include flooring, tiles, cabinetry
and color selections.”
