Daniel Home recently completed the Cypress Grille, Patio and Bar, part
of the second phase of a two-year, $20 million interior design renovation
of the Quail West Golf & Country
Club in North Naples, Florida.

“The new Cypress Grille was re-envisioned to create the ultimate dining
experience for this exclusive private club to meet the needs of Quail West’s
growing membership and changing lifestyle characteristics of the community’s
members.”

This
total renovation included the removal and relocation of offices and fitness
areas, plus removing exterior walls to create an expanded dining/bar and
outdoor patio. The new design provides vignette dining experiences for
members and their guests, from private, intimate dining to casual relaxed
spaces.

While
paying close attention to existing architectural details of the building,
the second phase of the renovation enlarged the previous interior and exterior
dining space from 6,900 to 14,900-square-feet. Fabric patterns, color palettes,
custom art and design styles complement the natural setting of the captivating
golf course/lakes views. The touches of various metallic finishes and textures
ensured a timeless palette.

Woodhouse, “The opulent aesthetics have synergy from the main dining into
the expansive bar area that flows to the outdoor dining and lounge experience.
The signature 40’ oval bar is centrally situated to increase functionality.
This reimagined space has a 36’ custom booth seating area, fitting the
lifestyle for a club bar. New design elements showcase high-end finishes
with undulating shapes throughout floors, walls and ceilings.”
Woodhouse
and her design team has guided the interior design of the clubhouse in
a cooperative effort with Dave Humphrey, Architect; Gates Construction
and the HOA Design Committee. The first phase of the 70,000-square-foot
Mediterranean-inspired architecture clubhouse features a 12,000-square-foot
dedicated fitness and wellness building, including a newly designed Pro
Shop. A major enhancement to the casual dining facilities and outdoor dining
areas was completed along with The Marketplace, an Internet Café
with grab-and-go service and a complete renovation of the kitchens to improve
food preparation and service in all Club dining venues.
