Daniel Home has been selected by Stellar Living Homes LLC to provide
total interiors for its Marlow model on Lot 18, under construction in the
Corsica community of Talis Park in Naples, Florida. Completion is expected
in December or January.

Corsica
is the newest Talis Park offering of 24 single-family homes with golf and
water vistas. This Marlow I model enjoys an ideal location with spectacular

Priced
at $3,045,000 fully furnished, the 4,625-square-foot residence will showcase
interiors designed and executed by Clive Daniel Home’s Rebekah Errett-Pikosky
and Jean Losier. The design duo has also completed interiors for two other
Talis Park models for Stellar Living Homes.
Designed
in the transitional style, the home will feature a color palette of white,
grey, emerald green and taupe with a mixture of stone, wood and tile mosaic
details throughout the home. The model’s great-room style is ideal for
entertaining with the second floor featuring guest living space with its
own porch.

The
Marlow I features four-bedrooms, four full baths and two half-baths with
a dining area, island kitchen and spacious great room that opens to a covered
patio and Solana with outdoor kitchen and outdoor shower. The owner’s suite
features his and her walk-in closets, a bedroom with a sitting area and
double doors opening to the covered patio, plus bath with separate his
and her vanities, a stand-alone tub, and a large glass-enclosed shower.
