Daniel Hospitality, the hospitality and commercial division for premier
furnishings retailer Clive Daniel
Home, has recently completed the total renovation for the Naples office
of financial leader FineMark National Bank & Trust. The interior renovation
project was guided by Nancy Woodhouse, IDS, Vice President of Design and
Product Development for Clive Daniel Hospitality.
Located
at 800 Laurel Oak Drive in Pelican Bay, adjacent to the Waterside shops,
the bank’s unique floor plan includes two sides of nearly 10,000 square
feet of ground floor space. The nine-month project involved completing
the bank’s offices in two phases and moving operations to other spaces
as work was completed to ensure that the bank remained open for clients
during the renovation. The project included a budget for furniture, accessories,
art, lighting, and overall design as well as construction, which covered
flooring, wall coverings, electrical and custom cabinetry.
Because
FineMark offers personal banking services in an intimate, upscale environment,
the design was intended to provide a relaxed atmosphere with complete confidentiality
enabling clients to feel as if they are banking within the comfort of their
own living room.
Working
in concert with MHK Architecture and Stevens Construction, Woodhouse handled
the conceptual design as well as the selection of all carpeting and flooring,
walls, lighting, and accessories as well as furnishings.

The
Naples office brings the total to six interior design projects that Woodhouse
has completed for FineMark National Bank & Trust in the past few years.
She also handled the interior design of offices located in Fort Myers,
Bonita Springs, Bentley Village in Naples, and in Scottsdale, Arizona.
