Daniel Home, the award-winning home furnishings retailer, has been
selected to provide total interior design for the Stella model in Bay Woods,
a new estate home being built by Stock Development in the upscale Eagle
Watch section of Bonita Bay. Completion of construction is expected in
December. The furnished model is being offered for sale in the $3 million
range.

Daniel Home Interior Designers Chad Elkins, ASLA, lead designer, and Rhett
Josey are guiding the interior design for the 5,062 square-foot model with
three bedrooms plus den, four baths, an elegant dining and living area,
gourmet kitchen, high ceilings, privately cooled wine room, gas fireplaces,
large circular drive and porte cochere. The outdoor living space features
an expansive marble floor, keystone fireplace and grill area. The home
is ideal for entertaining or relaxing with a spillover spa and lagoon pool
with waterfall.

within Bonita Bay. Lots average approximately two thirds of an acre in
size and feature views of the Bay Island golf course, sparkling lakes or

The
Clive Daniel Home designers worked with the builder on all selections from
exterior colors, pavers, and pool details including the complete design
of the interior. Using white as the predominate color, they infused organic
materials with navy blue accents throughout the home.
