Daniel Home Interior Designers Chad Elkins, ASLA and Rhett Josey are
completing the final interiors for a $3,350,000 single-family spec home
at 600 Regatta Road in The Moorings, a residential community in Naples,
Florida. Kipp Development is building the luxury residence with completion
of construction expected by January 2015.

their first project with Kipp Development, which was a similar model, also
in the Moorings neighborhood. That home was recently awarded a coveted
Aurora award for interior design in an annual design competition encompassing
a 12-state region.
The
coastal and transitionally inspired new construction home offers approximately
4,300 square feet of living space with four bedrooms, 5.5 baths, study,
family room, living and dining rooms. Ideal for entertaining, the home
features an outdoor kitchen in the midst of the lush landscaping, fireplace,
and built-in grill. A salt-water pool and spa complete the amenity package.
The great room floor plan was designed with soaring tongue and groove cypress
ceilings and timeless driftwood flooring and ample glass throughout, including
