Colebrook Increases Loan to FantaSea Resorts
| Middletown, CT – March 2015 / Newsmaker Alert / Timeshare development/vacation ownership specialty lender Colebrook Financial Company recently finalized an increase of an existing loan to FantaSea Resorts that includes a fixed rate tranche to finance sales at the Atlantic Palace Resort in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
