Fall Brings Special Events and Activities to The Lodge at Geneva-on-the-Lake

Annual Clambake, Beer Tastings, Covered Bridge Tours and Special Packages

Geneva-on-the-Lake, OH – September 2015 / Newsmaker Alert / As autumn approaches, The Lodge at Geneva-on-the-Lake announces upcoming events, packages and fall activities. Fall visitors can take advantage of special seasonal packages, explore Ashtabula on a self-guided tour and more.

Clambake at Horizons Restaurant
The Lodge’s annual Clambake at Horizons Restaurant will take place on September 20, 4 – 8 p.m. Chef Wolford’s culinary team will treat guests to fresh, steamed clams, including the traditional accompaniment favorites of corn-on-the cob, half chickens, sweet potatoes and cornbread. Drink specials will also be available in the lounge. Price is $29.95 per person. For reservations call 440-415-1546.

Oktoberfest Beer Tasting Dinner
Come taste some of the most unique brews in The Lodge’s homage to Oktoberfest on Friday, October 16. Package includes an overnight stay, beer tasting and seminar from Thirsty Dog Brewing Company, dinner with beer pairing, live entertainment, and breakfast for two. Starting from $255* plus tax, per couple.
*Subject to availability. Taxes not included. Available to guests 21-years and over. Additional guests will increase the rate.

Fall Harvest Bed and Breakfast Package
Take in stunning lake views and experience autumn in Ashtabula with The Lodge’s special Fall Harvest Bed and Breakfast Package. Beginning at $119* plus tax for a mid-week stay, the package includes an overnight stay and breakfast for two. The package is available through November 22.

Self-Guided Covered Bridge Tour
Ashtabula County features 18 historic covered bridges including the longest and shortest in the United States. Autumn provides a beautiful backdrop for visitors to experience these colorful crossings via car or bike on a self-guided tour. Guided-tour packages of Ashtabula’s covered bridges and of Ashtabula Harbor are also available on The Lodge’s website at www.TheLodgeAtGeneva.com/specials/packages-and-events.
