Awe-inspiring Lake Erie and Geneva State Park Views Await

Geneva-on-the-Lake, OH – March 2018 / Newsmaker Alert / The highly-acclaimed Lake Erie Canopy Tours will open Friday, May 4 with a weekend-only schedule through May 20 for a season of zipline and challenge course thrills. Beginning May 25, the aerial attraction will remain open daily through October 31(weather permitting).

Lake Erie Canopy Tours is located adjacent to The Lodge at Geneva on-the-Lake, spanning 25 acres of Geneva State Park. The attraction offers three ways to enjoy thrills – Zipline Canopy Tour with great views of Lake Erie and the park; Adult Adventure Challenge Course; and Kids Adventure Challenge Course, featuring the Landlubber’s Loop designed for the younger set.

Zipline Canopy Tour offers views with velocity
The Zipline Canopy Tour offers multiple zipline sections, including a side-by-side double zip, swinging sky bridges and several treetop towers up to 60 feet tall. The 2½|-hour tour will showcase a shoreline panorama and the beauty of the park. The experience is $89 per person and is guided by two staff members in groups of eight or less.

Dare to climb the Adult Adventure Course
With staff to monitor and assist, the Adult Adventure Challenge Course offers a 2-hour, self-guided adventure for individuals, families, work teams and other spirited groups. Navigate through a network of timber and rope obstacles for $49 per person. Highlights include the Wheelhouse Tower, Shiver Me Timbers!, Rum Runner's Route and Peg Leg's Plight, along with an optional daring freefall rappel. A continuous belay system helps ensure rider safety.

Landlubbers Loop for the younger set
The Wiggle, Mini-Trapeze, Short Zips and more await adventurous youngsters ages 4 through 10. The self-guided, Kids Adventure Course is $19 per person, and includes one-hour access to kid-sized ziplines and rope obstacles with its own continuous belay system to help ensure safety as well as staff on hand to assist and monitor.
