This year’s brunch will include an omelet station, a carving station and even a children’s buffet. Guests can begin their meal with a variety of salads; a bread assortment; artisan cheese and fruit display; and antipasti selection. Entrees will include vanilla French toast; spinach, tomato and cheddar cheese egg scramble; honey glazed ham with sweet cherry and pineapple compote and more. For the youngsters, traditional children’s favorites will be offered, including chicken tenders, macaroni and cheese and hot dogs.

Everyone’s favorite – the dessert station – will feature a variety of cakes and pies, including carrot cake, butter pecan fudge, and triple chocolate cake. Assorted Easter cookies and mini pastries will also be available.

The egg hunts for children will take place at 1:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. outside on the lawn between The Lodge and the lake, so be sure to dress for the weather.
