Yosemite National Park,
CA – June 2014 / Newsmaker Alert / The
Ahwahnee, a AAA Four-Diamond hotel nestled in the heart of scenic Yosemite
Valley, announces the lineup for the 33rd
Annual Vintners’ Holidays event series showcasing some of California’s
best wineries. Vintners’ Holidays runs over a series of seven sessions
from November 4 to December 4, 2014 where attendees and vintners celebrate
fall harvests with in-depth wine tastings and seminars, a reception to
meet the vintners and a five-course gala dinner where each course is prepared
by Executive Chef Percy Whatley and The Ahwahnee Culinary Team to complement
the often rare or limited-release wines shared by participating wineries.

“Vintners’
Holidays offers guests the ultimate getaway to explore Yosemite’s fall
color and world-class hiking in addition to enjoying an intimate food and
wine event,” said program director Kathy Langley. “This year’s stellar
lineup of vintners includes returning favorites as well as some exciting
new participants, which promises to be an exceptional program.”
Since its inception as a
small gathering of vintners and hotel guests in the winter of 1982, Vintners’
Holidays has become a premier California event for wine aficionados and
winemakers alike. Vintners’ Holidays allows the vintners to relax after
