The AAA Four Diamond Rating is assigned to lodgings that feature refined, stylish and upscale physical attributes, an extensive array of amenities, and a high degree of hospitality, service, and attention to detail. Less than 5 percent of AAA Approved hotels receive this rating.

The Westin Buffalo, a 116-room luxury lifestyle hotel that opened September 2016, is just the second hotel in Buffalo to achieve AAA’s Four Diamond Rating.

Patina 250, the upscale American restaurant operated by Delaware North’s Patina Restaurant Group, was also recognized by AAA for its trendy, skillfully prepared cuisine, expanded beverage options and enhanced setting.

The Westin Buffalo is the second Delaware North-operated lodging property to achieve a AAA Four Diamond Rating. The company also operates AAA Four Diamond-rated Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite in Fish Camp, Calif.
