The newly expanded Duetto Customer Success team includes:

  • Anuj (AJ) Jenveja, a revenue management and customer satisfaction professional who brings deep experience consulting on revenue management for properties across the country, as well as with Caesars Entertainment Corporation in Las Vegas. 
  • Orie Berezan, a twenty-year hospitality professional who has worked at Four Seasons and brings a PhD from the Hotel Management School at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. 
  • Gayle Ehrean, who brings close to two decades of hotel experience, including management positions at Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants, Marriott International, Joie de Vivre and Tarsadia Hotels.

Duetto is building momentum in the displacement of legacy on-premise or hosted hotel revenue management systems utilizing Big Data to optimize demand and provide operational intelligence for hotels. It has seen rapid adoption of its flagship Duetto Edge product. Duetto Insight, a product tailored specifically to the needs of select service and independent hotels, was launched last Spring.

Duetto was founded by Wynn executives, Marco Benvenuti and Patrick Bosworth, along with former Salesforce.com Chief Technology Officer, Craig Weissman. About Anuj Jenveja
AJ manages Duetto’s client relationships and communicates their needs with the technical team to ensure successful implementations and happy customers. Most recently, AJ served as Managing Partner of Duetto Consulting, a consulting company co-founded by Marco and Patrick, with a focus in revenue management consulting and outsourcing for casino resorts. Prior to that, AJ worked at Caesars Entertainment Corporation as a President’s Associate in Corporate Finance, and later, in revenue management for the Las Vegas region.

About Orie Berezan
Orie Berezan, PhD, is a customer satisfaction and loyalty professional, who brings two decades of hospitality management experience, for brands including Intrawest, Four Seasons, and Playground Corporation, which marketed such brands as Westin and Rosewood in Mexico. Berezan has direct hospitality management experience in markets such as Canada, Japan and Mexico, and has published numerous academic papers, studies and monographs. Berezan resides in Las Vegas.

About Gayle Ehrean
Gayle Ehrean has close to two decades of experience in the hotel industry, and 14 years of management experience in Revenue Management across multiple brands. She joins Duetto from Marriott International, where she was most recently the brand’s Revenue Management Operations Leader for multiple properties in the San Francisco market. Prior to that, she was City Director of Revenue Analysis for Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants, and before that, Director of Revenue Management at the Sir Francis Drake, a Kimpton Hotel. She also held Revenue Management positions with Joie de Vivre Hotels, and Tarsadia Hotels, both in California. Ehrean is a graduate of Davenport College, Michigan, with a B.A. in Business Administration and a concentration in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management.
