Welcome: Escoffier School of Culinary Arts is a nationally accredited culinary school, ideally located in Boulder, Colorado, a diverse and vibrant community. Nestled in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, Boulder boasts a moderate climate with over 300 days of sunshine a year. With a wealth of farm fresh ingredients, Colorado attracts celebrated chefs, and is home to renowned restaurants and world famous resorts.

Small Class Size: The programs at Escoffier School of Culinary Arts provide a student-focused, quality culinary and bakery education. Hands-on small class sizes assure you of an excellent and comprehensive culinary or pastry experience.

The Curriculum: Focused on classic and contemporary techniques, you will learn to prepare classic recipes, as well as those that reflect current trends throughout the culinary world. Our methods and techniques are based on Auguste Escoffier’s methods – the father of modern cooking. 

Lifetime Placement: Our placement staff works closely with each individual student and offers lifetime placement services. Our graduates have obtained diverse and rewarding positions throughout the country.

Programs:

Culinary Arts – 40 week culinary program, featuring a six-week Farm to Table experience and a 10 week Industry Externship.

Pastry Arts – 32-week Pastry Arts program featuring a broad, intensive, hands-on curriculum. You will take part in an 8-week Industry Externship in a restaurant or facility that fits who you ‘are’ as a pastry chef.

Home Cook Classes – The Home Cook program offers a dynamic collection of hands-on, technique-focused cooking classes for cooking enthusiasts. These courses are designed for food-lovers of all types, whether you’re new to the kitchen or an accomplished home cook!

Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts is nationally accredited by the Accrediting Council for Continuing Education and Training and approved and regulated by the Colorado Department of Higher Education, Division of Private Occupational Schools.
