Bradenton, FL – November 2016 / Newsmaker Alert / Popular Bradenton-based breakfast, brunch and lunch restaurant First Watch announces it has opened the doors to its newest Bradenton restaurant on Monday, November 28. The new cafe is located at 4324 53rd Avenue East in front of Publix on the corner of Lockwood Ridge Road and State Road 70. The 3,000-square-foot restaurant is just minutes from the company’s home office in University Park.

“We’re proud to call this area our home, and we love being just minutes away from some of the country’s best beaches and some of the most incredible shops and restaurants who also have a home in Bradenton and Sarasota,” said Chris Tomasso, president of First Watch. “In the past 30 years, First Watch has grown and evolved quite a bit, and we’re grateful for the unwavering support our neighbors and friends have shown during those three decades. We could not be more excited to open another First Watch restaurant in our hometown.”

The new restaurant is 33-year-old First Watch’s seventh restaurant in Sarasota/Manatee and employs 25 people. It serves the company’s fresh, new menu and flaunts the new restaurant design, which combines farm fresh elements with a high-energy, urban vibe.

First Watch’s innovative menu takes an elevated approach to traditional and inventive offerings made to order using farm fresh ingredients. It includes items such as Avocado Toast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict, Farm Stand Breakfast Tacos and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes. The new restaurant off of Lockwood Ridge will offer healthy, flavorful favorites like house-made granola and pico de gallo, organic greens, house-roasted vegetables, cage-free eggs and 100% fresh-squeezed orange juice as well as more indulgent, traditional breakfast, brunch and lunch offerings.

The new First Watch in Bradenton also offers options from the restaurant’s Fresh Juice Bar, juiced in-house daily using fresh fruits and vegetables sourced locally whenever possible. The restaurant serves its exclusive Sunrise Select Premium Blend Coffee, made from slow-roasted, hand-selected, high-grown coffee beans from mountains across North, Central and South America, by the pot.

First Watch serves its entire menu seven days a week from 7 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. The restaurant also offers customers complimentary newspapers and free Wi-Fi Internet access.
