Tampa, FL – November 2016 / Newsmaker Alert / Lazydays, The RV Authority and world’s largest RV dealership, has appointed Linda Stephens to a new leadership role as Vice President and General Manager of Retail Accessories, Rental & Consumer Services. Stephens will oversee the company’s growth division, which encompasses the retail operations of Lazydays RV Accessories & More and the recently expanded Lazydays RV Rentals business.

“Linda has played a vital role in many important business initiatives during her 12 years with the company,” said Bill Murnane, Chairman and CEO of Lazydays. “Retail accessories and RV rentals are key growth initiatives for Lazydays and I am confident that Linda’s finance and operations expertise will drive successful results.”

Stephens joined Lazydays in 2004 as Director of Corporate Reporting and Investor Relations, and was previously with a public CPA firm. She was promoted to Controller in 2007, and most recently served as Vice President of Finance and Operations.

In her new role, Stephens will manage the operations of Lazydays RV Accessories & More, an omni-channel retailer with an e-commerce site (assortment of more than 40,000 items) and stores in Tampa, Florida; Tucson, Arizona; and Loveland, Aurora and Longmont, Colorado. The Tampa accessories store is Florida’s largest and includes the first and only Travel Center (Thousand Trails & Encore RV Resorts).

Stephens will also oversee Lazydays’ newest business initiative, RV rentals. Lazydays began offering rentals following its acquisition of RV America, which featured a RV rental program at its Aurora and Loveland dealerships. This year, Lazydays rolled out RV rentals at its flagship Tampa location and will continue to expand it’s fleet of the top models and floorplans.

“We have built a great team and I am excited to take on the challenge of leading this new business, which is strategically important to Lazydays’ future growth,” said Stephens. “A key area of focus will be to seek out new opportunities to build on our achievements as we continue to deliver the industry’s most comprehensive range of high-quality RV products and services.”
