The MaryJane Group, Inc. Announces Canna-Camp Joint Venture Agreement
| Denver, CO – April 2015 / Newsmaker Alert / The MaryJane Group, Inc. (MJMJ) announces that it has reached a preliminary joint venture agreement with the owners of the Wilderness Trail Ranch, a 172-acre dude ranch neighboring the San Juan National Forest and within 20 miles of Durango, Colorado. The Company’s plan is to transform the dude ranch experience into a “Canna-Camp,” by offering guest packages similar to those offered at the Company’s existing “Bud and Breakfast” locations in Denver and Silverthorne, Colorado. Canna-Camp will include the Company’s traditional offerings of “Wake and Bake” Breakfasts and a “420 Happy Hour,” as well as horticultural symposiums, cannabis cooking classes, unlimited food and drink, and the best marijuana and marijuana edibles Colorado has to offer. Canna-Camp will also offer fishing, kayaking and canoe excursions on Lake Valecito and glass-blowing and arts/crafts classes. The Company anticipates that Canna-Camp will open early July 2015.
