Northcott
Hospitality announces that it has acquired the Perkins®
Restaurant and Bakery in Manitowoc, Wis. The newly added franchise
is the 23rd Perkins restaurant in eight states and the fifth in Wisconsin
for Northcott Hospitality. The Twin Cities-based company is the third largest
franchisee of the Perkins chain, a multi-unit Houlihan’s® franchisee
and the owner of the AmericInn® hotel chain with over 200 locations.

The
restaurant is located at 4525 Calumet Ave. in Manitowoc. Manitowoc is located
on Lake Michigan in Eastern Wisconsin. Other Perkins locations in Wisconsin
operated by Northcott Hospitality include: Green Bay, Stevens Point, Wisconsin
Dells and Wisconsin Rapids.
