| Boston’s Run to Remember® Partners with Outside Interactive to Create a Digital Race Day Experience | Race day filming of the event will allow future runners to interactively experience the race course at their own pace, learn the course ahead of time, relive the experience, or compete remotely from anywhere in the world, all with their iPad® or Android® tablet, on any treadmill. | Exclusive footage will be shot the day of this year’s half marathon and 5 mile run on May 24th, immediately prior to the live event. Footage is shot from a runner’s point of view to produce a high-definition video. Through Outside Interactive’s patent pending Virtual Runner application, participants are able to interactively run to this video on any treadmill while using their iPad® or Android® tablet. With cheering spectators lining the roads it is an exciting way to train or simply enjoy this beautiful course.
