Quaker Steak & Lube to Open First Lousiana Location in Sulphur on July 2!

will open its doors in Sulphur, LA on Wednesday, July 2

“We are excited to open our new Sulphur Lube location,” said Geno Iafrate, President & CEO of the Louisiana-based franchise group, I-10 Hospitality, LLC. “With a fun family vibe, great service, delicious menu, and unique restaurant theme, Quaker Steak & Lube® will surely be a hit in Sulphur.”

As part of the new restaurants’ opening celebrations, Quaker Steak & Lube® Sulphur will donate 10% of their opening week’s revenue and 1% of revenue on an on-going basis to No Kid Hungry®. The Share Our Strength’s No Kid Hungry® campaign is ending childhood hunger in America by ensuring all children get the healthy food they need, every day. “Social responsibility is a priority for our company. An important part of our mission is to Make a Difference, and we are honored and excited to partner with No Kid Hungry®,” said Iafrate. “In addition to our No Kid Hungry commitment, each of our locations will sponsor Make a Difference Mondays to aid and promote other local causes.”

The newly built Sulphur Lube will encompass a 6,500 square-foot design. The restaurant will accommodate seating for over 260 guests.

More than 30 LED flat-screen televisions will show all the biggest sporting events, auto races and fights throughout the restaurant. Additionally, sports and automotive memorabilia highlights of the new Sulphur Lube include a Funny Car Racecar hanging above the dining room, a Corvette hanging in the private dining room, Harley Davidson motorcycles spinning above the bar and a NASCAR parked out front.

The Sulphur Lube will feature appetizing menu selections and will hold supercharged events all week including, Make A Difference Mondays, All-U-Can-Eat-Wings on Tuesdays, Kids Eat Free on Wednesdays and Bike Nite on Thursdays, as well as early and late night Happy Hours.

For convenient to-go food, the Sulphur Lube will also include a Pick-Up Wingo Window® and the restaurant will be launching online ordering at www.lubewingstofly.com.
