| Industry Veterans Launch Ragatz Sedgwick Realty | Company founders Richard L. Ragatz, Ph.D. and Grant Sedgwick have accumulated more than 75 years of consulting, brokerage and development experience in the real estate, resort and hospitality industries.  According to Sedgwick, “Our combined experience has resulted in a very complete understanding of what makes a successful resort development, the factors most important to investors, realistic pricing, the location of the best opportunities and the most qualified buyers and investors.” The new venture responds to highly positive circumstances surrounding today’s resort real estate industry.
