Chair
of California State Bar Committee on Consumer Finance

Jennifer Duncan, has been Appointed Chair of the State Bar of California’s
Consumer Financial Services Committee. In her short tenure in her new position,
she has already been published and teamed with a litigator and a compliance
officer to give a presentation to the Business Law section of the California
State Bar.
