The planned $2 billion high-end property is set against 16 oceanfront acres on the grounds of a former Jamaican plantation within the elite enclave of historic Rose Hall in Montego Bay. Development of three 12-story condominium buildings and amenities began in late 2005. The first tower (Sable Palm) is completed with the second tower (Silver Palm) finished in May of this year. Completion of the Sentry Palm Tower and a private village of 11 condominium villas linked by garden rooms and plazas are expected by the end of this year. Villas will range from $450,000 to $3.5 million.

Initial construction of the 23,000 square foot destination ESPA is underway. Nearing completion is the nearly 30,000 square foot Clubhouse. It will contain restaurants, conference facilities, offices, and guest registration. Robb & Stucky is expected to provide the interior design for this major facility.
