The Sonesta Collection Adopts SpeedRFP™ to Power the
eRFP Process for 51 of its Domestic, International, and Extended Stay Hotels

The Sonesta Collection joins some of the world’s most recognized brands and independent hotels currently utilizing SpeedRFP technology to power their websites’ electronic RFP processes for meetings, incentives, special events and weddings. By adopting the system, the Sonesta Collection will raise its visibility among SpeedRFP’s more than 90,000 buyer members, while allowing first-time users to efficiently submit and manage RFPs in just a few clicks. In the past 12 months alone, SpeedRFP was used to submit more than 53,000 unique RFPs.

Along with powering the Sonesta.com brand portal, SpeedRFP will be utilized for 51 individual Sonesta websites, ranging from such full-service domestic hotels as the Royal Sonesta New Orleans and Sonesta Resort Hilton Head Island to extended stay all-suite hotels throughout the U.S., and international properties located in Chile, Columbia, Ecuador, Egypt, Panama, Peru, and St. Maarten.
