Inn Dallas Central – Park Cities Wins IHG 2014 Renovation Award

Holiday
Inn Dallas Central – Park Cities recently received the IHG® (InterContinental
Hotels Group) 2014 Renovation Award for its successful completion of major
modernization and renovation programs during the past year.
The
hotel was recognized during the 2014 IHG Americas Investors & Leadership
Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada earlier this fall at The Venetian®
| The Palazzo® Resorts-Hotel-Casino. The hotel is one of 56 hotels
to receive this award from a portfolio of more than 4,700 hotels.
The
Holiday Inn Dallas Central – Park Cities completed a $9 million renovation
and offers a full service restaurant and lounge, upgraded décor
and an indoor pool. The property is a convenient option for business travelers
with free wireless Internet access, a 24-hour business center and easy
access to some of the area’s largest companies. More than 12,000 square
feet of meeting space provides a great option for group, corporate and
social gatherings. Free shuttle service also is provided to Dallas Love
Field Airport.

renovation was the product of TriGate Capital, LLC and a Dallas-based team
including Sarah Pickard of Pickard Design Studios (interior design), David
Breeding of IHG Design (project management), Mike Adcock of Adcock Construction
(general contractor), Joe Wilkins of Design Alchemy (interior architecture)
and Aaron Farmer of Booziotis & Co (exterior architecture).
The
Holiday Inn Dallas Central – Park Cities is located just steps away from
the recently opened George W. Bush Presidential Library with easy access
to Southern Methodist University, North Park Center, Fair Park/Cotton Bowl,
the American Airlines Center, downtown Dallas and more.
