Company Diversifies Portfolio with Ski Resort Property

executive officer for Stout
Street Hospitality, recently announced the company has been selected
to manage the Winter Park Mountain
Lodge. The 168-room hotel, owned by White Lotus Group out of Omaha,
Neb., is conveniently located at the base of Winter Park Resort in Colorado,
which is an hour and a half west of Denver International Airport.

are excited to expand our growing portfolio of managed properties to the
mountains of Colorado,” said Hitz. “Our team has extensive experience in
mountain properties and we are excited to apply that knowledge to Winter
Park Mountain Lodge. This property is a great addition and we look forward

at this great mountain property.”
Accommodations
at Winter Park Mountain Lodge range from comfortable hotel rooms to mountain
suites with a fireplace, refrigerator and microwave. The property provides
amenities such as an indoor pool, dry sauna and dining at Moffat Station,
a local microbrewery and restaurant with slope side views. Ski 4 Less,
a full service ski and snowboard shop, and Grand Adventures Snowmobile
Tours also are conveniently located in the hotel. The property offers more
than 8,000 square feet of meeting space, including spectacular views from
the ballroom, for executive business gatherings and weddings.
