| Sunny Street Café Hires Director of Operations Mike Minniear, Restaurant Industry Veteran, Joins Team in 2016 | “Joining

“Mike brings a wealth of directly related industry experience to our concept,” said Scott Moffitt, President of Sunny Street Café. “He will play a key role in leading our operations team as we continue to expand the system nationwide.” Minniear has 23 years of experience working with Bob Evans Farms, Inc, where he served in multiple roles including Director of Operations, overseeing 704 restaurants and managing over $1 billion in gross sales.
