Roseann
Aversa has more than twenty-five years of hospitality management experience
with some of the most distinguished brands in the industry. Most recently
she was Director of Global Sales North America for Rocco Forte Hotels.
She held similar positions at Langham Hotels International and Raffles/Swissotel,
and Taj Hotels. She has served as a Regional Manager at Fairmont Hotels,
and held management positions at properties including the Omni Berkshire
Hotel, The Roosevelt Hotel and the Doral Arrowwood. Roseann is active in
numerous industry and philanthropic organizations. She received a degree
in Hotel/Restaurant Management from the New York City College of Technology
at CUNY.

Oliver
Deubel brings diverse experience in all phases of hospitality sales, management
and operations. He founded OMD Solutions, a firm specializing in hospitality
sales and marketing, operations, distribution and development. Prior to
that, he held progressive management positions at Luxury Link Travel Group.
He also held sales, marketing and front office roles at Viceroy Hotel Group,
Hilton Worldwide, One & Only Resorts, and Villa Hotels. He was educated
at the University of California, Los Angeles, and the University of Mannheim.
