La Cantera Hill Country Resort is one of the most sought-after travel destinations in the colorful Texas hill country, and in planning for the opportunity to answer the Resort’s reservations calls, Travel Outlook worked closely with Destination Hotel and Resorts’ corporate reservations team to create the right response for guests calling for La Cantera reservations. Travel Outlook works to ensure that its reservations team knows the property thoroughly to better understand the guest’s needs and preferences, and strives to accurately address them at the time of booking, saving time for the front desk and setting the stage for a better guest experience. In addition, Travel Outlook has implemented its unique web-based CSR system at the Resort to make certain that guest requests and other critical information are automatically routed to the right department at the hotel.
