added fun to make the quintessential beach vacation a family tradition.
Just steps to the beach, Windward at the Beach is a boutique hotel suited
to family travel, offering large suites and efficiency units with kitchenettes,
as well as several gathering spots including a large enclosed wrap-around
porch, kids’ corner, outside patios and BBQ area.

Family Weeks were started decades ago, as the beach tradition brought
families back to the Windward year after year. With new management in 2010,
the Family Weeks were expanded to offer supervised kid-friendly activities,
giving parents a break and creating lasting friendships.

from board games on the porch, to shell collecting & decorating, to
games in the park just across the street. The kids love hanging out after
a big day at the beach, it’s some down time for parents as well. Topped
off by a Popsicle party and some prizes, it’s a memorable vacation.”
