Back To News/PR Index | | Wow Services Group Completes CardConnect Interface | Cathi Fuller, senior business analyst for Wow Services Group, says that the integration process with CardConnect went smoothly, and is just one of many such relationships and value-added features under development by the Wow team. “CardConnect’s integration specifications were clear and well-designed,” she observes. “Combined with the disciplined processes of our Oracle design team, the interface development was straightforward and completed quickly. We are working with other strategic partners to deliver seamless connectivity with systems and features that are valuable to our resort management clients, pre-packaged within the Wow4Resorts platform.” CardConnect’s security features help ensure that Schooner Landing is in compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards by preventing credit card numbers from being stored in the resort’s system, thereby safeguarding data from theft or accidental mishandling. CardConnect combines point-to-point encryption with a patented tokenization process and secure off-site storage. Schooner Landing recently completed the installation of the Wow4Resorts™ Solutions Platform, which includes a robust resort operating system, public and owner-only websites, plus tools for team training and development, inventory management, and owner-and-guest communications. Steve Johnson, Schooner Landing’s managing agent, says there are other benefits from the resort’s partnership with the Wow Services Group. “The Wow4Resorts system’s interface with CardConnect will permit limitless online transactions, which saves us time and money, while increasing customer satisfaction rates and efficiency,” he says. “Plus, CardConnect got us a lower discount rate on our credit card transactions.” About
